This website is operated by Giovanna Shemer, English Language Confidence Coach, Herzliya, Israel. It provides general information about English coaching services. It is not an offer that binds either side. Services, scope and fees are agreed privately and in writing.

All text, videos, designs and other materials on this site are owned by Giovanna Shemer or used with permission, unless stated otherwise. Please do not copy, republish or reuse them without written permission. Company names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to show whom I have worked with. Testimonials are shared with the permission of the people quoted.
3. Use of the Site
Use the site lawfully and do not try to disrupt it or gain unauthorized access to it. Links to third-party sites and embedded content (such as video, maps and social networks) are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Use. The tool is used solely to publish Giovanna Shemer's own original educational content to her own TikTok account. It is not offered to the public.
Content. All videos published through the tool are owned by Giovanna Shemer and comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
No warranty. The tool is provided as is. We may change or discontinue it at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.
